Sustainability is critical to every sector of society. As a result, MCG works with a wide variety of clients on a diverse array of projects. Our client base includes municipalities and national governments, small businesses and multinational corporations, as well as local non-profits and international development organizations. In all of our projects, we work closely with clients to identify risks and opportunities, craft innovative approaches to problem solving, and develop comprehensive strategies for managing complex, fundamental change.

SREC Pilot Solicitation Evaluation Delaware Public Service Commission

MCG conducted an evaluation of the Delaware SREC pilot procurement program for the Delaware Public Service Commission (DPSC). This work included the development and implementation of a comprehensive program participant survey, a sensitivity analysis of administratively set SREC contract prices and a projection of the effects of competing state policies on the Delaware SREC market. MCG made recommendations to the PSC for improving future solicitation rounds from the perspective of Delaware ratepayers. more

Renewable Heating Opportunities and Impacts StudyMassachusetts Department of Energy Resources and Massachusetts Clean Energy Center

In partnership with national and regional trade organizations, MCG led a project team to assess the impacts and opportunities for renewable heating technologies in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In this role, MCG facilitated workshops with businesses, policy-makers, and experts across the solar thermal, biomass thermal, air- and ground-source heat pump, and biodiesel sectors. MCG additionally conducted regional and international analyses of renewable heating policies and developed a comprehensive report assessing market opportunities and barriers, lifecycle cost, greenhouse gas, and economic development impacts in the state.
