Global Energy Transfer Feed-in Tariff (GET FiT)

MCG has served as a technical advisor to Deutsche Bank’s Climate Change Advisors’ (DBCCA) landmark studies on international feed-in tariff design from an investor’s perspective and on the development of a global fund for feed-in tariffs in the developing world.

The studies, Paying for Renewable Energy: TLC at the Right Price and GET FiT Program: Global Energy Transfer Feed-in Tariffs, were published in December 2009 and April 2010, respectively. MCG continues to support the development of the GET FiT concept and is currently examining how to mitigate risk for clean energy business models in developing countries.
