Developing Alcan’s Water Policy in Africa: Case Studies on Cameroon and Ghana
MCG worked with the world’s second largest producer of primary aluminum and the predominant global producer of value-added engineered products and composites to show how sustainability policies can be implemented in its operations in Cameroon and Ghana.
Through a participatory process with relevant stakeholders, MCG developed concrete project recommendations for Alcan to implement on-site sustainability policies for its water and development approaches.
